| Functional description | Downregulation of GNAQ decreased cell viability of the mutant cells. Induction of autophagy in combination-treated GNAQ-mutant cells was accompanied by an increase in pAMPK, LC3 and beclin1. This was confirmed in mutant cells after GNAQ depletion by siRNA. |
