| Functional description | Even though eGFP expression in most cases was restricted to a limited number of RPE cells, significant reduction of CNV was obtained in eyes treated with miR(5,B,7) compared to the control group. These findings suggest that locally expressed miR(5,B,7) provides anti-angiogenic effect not only restricted to the transduced cells. |
