| Functional description | SDF-1-induced cell proliferation was abolished after CXCR4 siRNA transfection. SDF-1 promoted RF/6A cell migration, but this was reversed by CXCR4 siRNA transfection. When the cells were transfected with both CXCR4 and CXCR7 siRNA, the stimulating effect of SDF-1 on RF/6A cell tube formation was totally abolished. |
