| Functional description | miR-146a is upregulated in VH, exosomes from VH, serum and exosomes from serum of UM patients. Real Time PCR analysis showed that miR-21, miR-34a and miR-146a were statistically upregulated in UM cells. Upregulation of miR-146a in serum of UM patients could derive from melanocytes through exosome secretion. |
