| Functional description | SDF-1 significantly inhibited apoptosis of RF/6A cells. The anti-apoptotic effect was significantly attenuated after CXCR7 siRNA transfection. When the cells were transfected with both CXCR4 and CXCR7 siRNA, the stimulating effect of SDF-1 on RF/6A cell tube formation was totally abolished. |
